Essential Requirements

Languages: Basic Portuguese (enough to navigate local processes), fluent English, and ideally a third language (German, French, Dutch, Spanish, or others).

Mobility: Your own car and a valid driver's license (you'll be meeting clients and visiting properties)

Professionalism: Strong communication skills, reliability, and a client-first mindset

Work Ethic: Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and eager to learn
